OrcaFax is a secure, high-performance desktop fax service that allows subscribers to send and receive fax messages from Microsoft Outlook or any other POP3 email client. For just $49.95 per month for the first bundle of 10-subscriber and $5.00 per month for each additional user, organizations can simplify and streamline the transmission and receipt of faxes. This optional service is available to customers of the CrystalBlue Voice Service at an extremely low cost per user.

Fax numbers can be corporate, departmental or direct numbers personalized for each user, and organizations can increase productivity by implementing unified messaging—with voicemail, faxmail and email delivered to a user’s inbox. OrcaFax can run on virtually any POP3 email client running on a PC, Macintosh or BlackBerry device. Users can print, store and forward faxes as PDF attachments and can even fax from a BlackBerry to a nearby fax machine when traveling.

 Orca Fax service will convert inbound faxes to an electronic copy ( “PDF file”) and deliver them to the user’s email account. The electronic fax includes a report with relevant information such as the inbound fax number, page count, date, time and transmission status. Users can rely on a single email inbox for receiving voicemail, faxes and email. Once faxes are confidentially and securely delivered to the user’s PC, they can be sent to a printer, emailed to other employees or archived for future use.
